10/3/2017	Gary stopped in the office to explain his plans for additions to the barns to return the site to its permitted original capacity. Since taking ownership they have changed to a system requiring more space per head for the sows, so he would like to add on to some of the barns to return to the same capacity. Cindy Garza and I explained the construction requirements he would need to meet for his proposal. At this point he was thinking he would need to add 4-5 additions to some of the existing barns to reach the capacity they originally had.	DANIEL WATTERSON
