Rembrandt had acquired a temporary variance granted by Ann Seda with the assistance of Mr. Knoll. Our site supervisors initially allotted a 30 day period for acquisition and installation of materials at the direction of Terminal Solutions. Over the past couple weeks we’ve been unable to establish further communication with Terminal Solutions so we don’t believe they are either willing or able to complete the installation. We’ve since contacted Brock and Sukoup, both are estimating an approximate lead time of 4 weeks for arrival of materials, and installation the following couple weeks. At this time we would like to request a further 45 day extension to our existing variance. Again, thank you for your understanding in this situation.	DAVID KNOLL
