9/20/2017	Robyn Corkins: Luke Skalla 69155 in Greene County is building a second barn. He already has a stormwater permit for his first building. Now he will add a second barn and walk-way. He already has his AFO Construction permit. Does he need a new stormwater permit? Dan Olson: His stormwater permit would be an annual permit so he should either renew it or discontinue it at the end of the year. If building the second barn is a continuation of construction at the same location, I don't believe that he should need a new stormwater permit but he may need to renew the existing one.
