9/15/2017	I called to determine the status of the facility on the weekends and no chlorine residuals were being reported on weekends. I spoke with Tim Lucas who informed me that the facility is closed on the weekend. There are no personnel, no deliveries, no trucks on the weekends. I explained that he could continue not sampling on the weekends if no water use takes place.	DAVID KNOLL
