9/14/2017	Nick called to find out if they could resume WW land application. I explained they need to make sure they are operating within the limits of their permit. He said he has done more review and calculations of the process and can document the application rate better. I said they may resume application but should keep the tile covered and closely monitor the process so they do not have a discharge, which he agreed. I said they will be getting the investigation letter soon asking for their actions to prevent a discharge, so it sounds like they have already been working on some solutions.	DANIEL WATTERSON
