9/11/2017 Lauren emailed Aaron Pickens asking about the following: Hi Aaron, I have a few questions regarding permitting for a frac storage tank. If there is a different contact I should talk to, please feel free to forward this email on to them. We are looking into using a 21,000 gallon frac tank temporarily to store ethanol while repairs are being made. I am wondering if this will require a construction permit, or if it would be eligible for a small unit exemption if its emissions remain under the small unit exemption limits. I was not able to find a definition of “small unit” so I am not sure if 21,000 gallons would disqualify it for a small unit. If it does require a construction permit, what kind of time frame should we expect in receiving a permit? I appreciate your time and any guidance you have.
