8/2/2017	I called John back later in the day and informed him after reviewing the site location, he would not be able to bury the barns in the basin since it is on the flood plain. I also informed him an asbestos inspection would be required on the barns. I said he can take the demolished material to the landfill or bury it somewhere else on the property outside of the flood plain. He stated he could not afford to do this so he will likely leave the barns standing and allow them to weather away. He wasn't planning to demolish the barns this year anyway. I said we could discuss the issue with DNR flood plains Dept. to get a better idea exactly where the flood plain is and if there are other options. I said the concrete from the barns may be left onsite but it would have to be "clean" and could not be an obstruction on the flood plain.	DANIEL WATTERSON
8/2/2017	John called to report he will be removing the solids from the basin tomorrow (8/2/17). They already spread the liquids onto some oat ground and will do the same with the solids. I said somebody may stop in to view the removal.	DANIEL WATTERSON
