7/14/2017	Mr. Rowe called me expressing his frustration with the storm water permitting process for the Walz Energery facility. Specifically he noted that certain requirements are not needed at the site. I stated that permit writers were meeting state and federal code in requiring these practices. The field office will enforce the permit as written. It is in the best interest of the facility to get the permit in hand as soon as possible. I encouraged Mr. Rowe to be cooperative and work with permit writers to expedite the process.	RICK MARTENS
