7/10/2017	Mr. Carter advised that Test America said the water sample was received at a temp. of 9.8 C when it should be below 6 C. He thinks that due to the hot weather last week the ice melted in the cooler that was shipped. He said that Test America said that this temp. doesn't affect testing for metals, TSS, or oil and grease. I advised to go ahead and have them sample these parameters since they said it wouldn't be affected.	AMANDA HOSTETLER
