6/27/2017	Jake called to notify us that they have discovered about 50 dead asian carp near their outfall and estimate that they may be about 3 days old. He indicated that the plant has been offline for the last 6 days, so it is most likely a natural kill related to low flows and/or spawning stress. I gave him the phone numbers for the hatchery if he wants to investigate further. I also left a message for CO Steve Griebel as a heads up.	SHEILA KENNY
