6/9/2017	Mark said the permit required a visual inspection of storm water once/year between April and June. He plans on taking it in June, but the one day it rained he was stuck in a meeting and wasn't able to do the visual check. I advised that if we don't get more rain in June then he can do the check in July and to note our conversation in the comments section of the DMR.	AMANDA HOSTETLER
