6/5/2017	Nick Ritland: I have a question on site in Crawford County. We submitted a complete plan last year but the AFO database says that it was a short form. Dan Olson: What is the facility ID#? Nick Ritland: 64483 Dan Olson: Maschoff Lincoln Finisher? Nick Ritland: Yes. Dan Olson: [after checking file] The MMP received last year appears to be a full plan and Rhonda actually stamped it as a 4 year plan when she approved it. It must have been mis-entered in the database. I will correct it now while I have it open and you can submit a short form this year. I did notice that the site is actually in Harrison County, though.
