10/13/2009	They called and asked for a no further action certificate for this site. They said that the monitoring wells had been plugged and the notification was sent in to the DNR Water Supply Section. I told them there is no certificate--just my letter and the well closure documents. I sent them another copy of my January 2009 letter.	BILL GROSS
