3/13/2017	Barb called to inform FO that they did exceed their 30 day average for mercury. She stated that she is taking mercury samples from their industries to compare with their effluent results. Test America labs is the only lab that can analyze low enough in the state to achieve the 0.000167 limit. We discussed our 6 month review enforcement procedures and what would happen if they continue to violate the mercury limit and we would eventually expect the city to propose a plan how they would achieve the limit.
