3/16/2017	Received a call from Chad Martin. Clean up will take place on 3/16/17.	AMBER WOLF
3/2/2017	Chad Martin, with J. Pettiecord has been contracted to clean up a nitric acid spill at Sunrise Farms that occurred on Jan. 16th, 2017. Ruan Trucking company dropped off some pallets of nitric acid on 1/15/17 and it was discovered on 1/16/17 that they had leaked nitric acid onto the gravel/soil. There was an initial clean up and soil testing by other companies. Now J. Pettiecord has been hired to perform final cleanup of a 10ft by 6ft area. Clean up/soil excavation will likely take place next week. Chad inquired if we knew about this, but we discussed that it was not a RQ and did not present a hazardous condition; therefore, we were not notified.	AMBER WOLF
