3/1/2017	Tim is a new operator and called with questions regarding his water supply permit and sampling requirements. We reviewed the information. Tim also had other general questions and requested that DNR make a site visit. I spoke with Scott Wilson regarding this and we decided due to AI issues and scheduling conflicts to request that Tim come to FO2 to meet. I relayed this information, however Tim has not yet set up a time to meet.	DAVID KNOLL
