2/27/2017	Steve Stamps: We sold our site to Iowa Select last year. Do we need to do anything with the MMP? The site number is 59352. Dan Olson: As we discussed last February, both the seller and the buyer are to notify DNR within 30 days of the transfer and the buyer is to submit a complete original MMP with 60 days of the transfer. Per the database, you submitted last year’s annual update and Hidden Valley Farms submitted a complete original plan in August. The only current contacts for the site now are Keith Kratchmer and Hidden Valley Farms, Inc. Kratchmer is Iowa Select’s environmental guy so Hidden Valley must be one of their shells.
