2/13/2017	I called Perry to inform him that the Letter of Non-Compliance I sent on 1/20/17 had two errors in it. The first error was the wrong PWS ID#9453071 and the second error was in the first sentence stating "City of Lehigh". A correct version would state PWS ID#1750196 and "Lehigh Cement, LLC". I asked Perry if he wanted a new letter and he said no. We discussed late MORs and he indicated he would get them in on time in the future.	RACHEL GLAZA
