2/7/2017	Called with questions on converting an open lot to a confinement. The open lot is small and not part of the permitted feedlot (southwest) and the confinement would be placed at the open lot operation. We discussed amending the current permit to reflect the confinement portion also and that the NMP would need to be amended OR a MMP submitted also for the confinement. We also discussed separation distances.	ALISON MANZ
