1/30/2017	Tonya called, asking about submittal of the Solid Byproduct Management Plan (SBMP) for their foundry sand/slag. Sivyer Steel has been and still is shipping the two byproducts to Linwood, where Linwood puts the stuff in their processes. I checked with Solid Waste Section and they agreed that Sivyer needs to submit the SBMP, by March of each year. I emailed Tonya with 567 IAC 108.6(2).	KURT LEVETZOW
