1/26/2017	Jake Rietzeld with USDA Wildlife Control called regarding Starlings (pest birds) eating at Chamness during the day, flying over to OGS at night, and dropping feces and causing nuisance situations in the entire area. Jake's planning to bait the birds for several days, then put some pesticide out which should kill off the entire flock. The pesticide starts to work in 12 hrs. Jake will clean up the left over poison and dead birds. He asked if we had any issues with this, and i said we didn't as long as there are no soil or water quality issues created. He said after 2 days in the environment, the active ingredient dies off.	KURT LEVETZOW
