1/19/2017	Sent Wittenball an email on 1/19 telling him we are looking into using the GP#9 draft permit as guidance for their project and that I would have to get back to him with additional information.	TERRY JONES
1/17/2017	Monsanto installing a vault out by plant entrance and want to install 3-8 inch 300 gallon per minute wells for dewatering. GP#9 is not yet being issued so told them to as longs as it was only groundwater and they obtain required withdraw permits, they could move forward.	TERRY JONES
