12/19/2016	Had one EST in town and the GSR at the WTP dived and found some repairs that need to be made in the GSR--at the inlet box from the CT to the GSR it sounds like. There is some plugging/restriction from build up from caustic soda. I mentioned the need to keep the CT in use and that some WTPs are using chemical treatment to resolve this. He's going to try chemicals first since it would be so tricky to take the CT or GSR out of service.	JANET GASTINEAU
