12/1/2016	Operator said that chlorinate the discharging wastewater from March 15 - Nov. 15 and have to take pre-treatment and post-treatment samples. He asked if they have to do post-treatment samples even though they aren't chlorinating during this time. I said no - just take pre-treatment samples and note on the comments section of DMR that they are not chlorinating and select 'Not Required' for post-treatment sections on DMR.	AMANDA HOSTETLER
