11/28/2016	This facility did an animal units only increase in 2013 but wasn't stocked at the new higher capacity. They went back to reporting the original AU of 4050 since that is what they were being stocked at for the last 3 years. They are planning to finally reach the higher stocking amount of 4400 starting this next turn and wanted to know what they needed to do to make sure this doesn't appear as an increase. I reviewed the AFO database and confirmed they completed the appropriate increasing requirements in 2013. We agreed they will need to submit the additional compliance fee for the correct capacity of the site and updated MMP pages.	DANIEL WATTERSON
