4/21/2009	Rick stated that ~3 semi loads of creosote rail posts were brought into the landfill, he asked if they could burn them. I stated that 567 IAC 113 or 567 IAC 23 lists no allowances for burning such materials at a permitted sanitary landfill.	KURT LEVETZOW
