11/14/2016	Brittany Hall called and said that Tom Madden came up and will get them their cost estimate for financial assurance, but she didn’t know what the number of appliances would be and they are continuing to accumulate furnaces from a local HVAC business. I gave her verbal authorization to continue to accumulate up to 100 appliances so long as she was making good faith progress on acquiring the financial assurance.	DAVID MILLER
