10/31/2016	A person called on behalf of her friends to find out if this site has expanded recently. I reviewed the AFO database and explained they received a permit to add 2300 head more in 2015. The neighbors have told her the smell has been much worse this year and didn't know why, but they had heard the owner talking about an increase in pigs. We then had a conversation about a recent news article highlighting the increase in hog confinements and why that may be. She would report back to her friends that the site expanded properly and advise them to call DNR directly if they have questions.	DANIEL WATTERSON
