10/17/2016	Shane called to follow-up on a call from Jeff Vansteenburg on Friday, Oct. 14. Vansteenburg had received a call from a neighbor, Don Hejlik who reported that wind speeds were exceeding the 15 mph limit in the permit. After receiving the call from Vansteenburg, Shane called plant and they shutdown the pivot. Shane reported they have a weather station at the application field and the wind speed is observed every 4 hours. He said gusts were approaching the 15 mph level.	JEREMY KLATT
