10/14/2016	Paul called the evening of 10/13 - gate/valve came open on tanker hauling manure on gravel road. Said a stream of manure was spread over 3/4 mile. Said was confined to the roadway - no surface waters involved. Said unsure of amount - said <1,000 gallons. Said that manure would be scraped up with a box scraper.	BRANDON MINER
