9/28/2016	Steve sold the land to Roger for this confinement and is now concerned about this site being built. He is wondering about if it will affect the Hurd hog site to the north and if this can be moved at all and still be built this year. No, it cannot be moved out of the 1/4 1/4 and still be built on this permit. Also may be concerns with separation distances and alluvials. It will definitely be next year if he has to start over and will require new fees.	LOIS BENSON
