9/19/2016 Call from Mr. Cherko who has just taken over as affidavit operator for this facility (works for the city of Glenwood). He stated that they are currently measuring influent and effluent temperature and wanted to know if they really needed to do both. I advised him that, according to the NPDES for this facility they do have to measure both parameters. Mr. Cherko also sated that their flow meter is not working and wanted to know what to do. I directed him to estimate flow as best he could and to document such on the DMR comment section and to get the flow meter repaired/replaced as soon as possible. JERRY JORDISON
