9/19/2016	Jim Gingerich, Owner of the PWS called and stated that he had received the NOV. He indicated that he didn't know that required parameters must be submitted. I explained that it is required by the PWS Op Permit and therefore must be submitted. Mr. Gingerich indicated that he has daily information going back to the permit issuance available. I explained that mr. Christner needs to be submitting the data starting immediately.	RYAN STOUDER
