9/16/2016	Telephone conversation and e-mail communication with Mr. Cherko. Discussed whether the system has reach breakpoint chlorination. Recommended additional sampling in d-system, and noted that free is not within 80% of total yet. Also recommended free ammonia sampling as additional documentation. Advised him that construction permit is required to resize the chlorine pumps. Provided him with the schedules that must be completed to obtain a permit.	KEITH WILKEN
