9/9/2016	Nick called to report that some of their DBPR sample vials broke during shipping and therefore the lab could not perform the analysis. He asked how he should proceed. I contacted Marie Leat, who called Nick back and provided further instruction. We also discussed chlorine residuals and Nick mentioned he has at times had some high levels when water usage is low. They have been trying to adjust to the fluctuations in usage.	DAVID KNOLL
