9/9/2016	Caller concerned with Sedore's trash collection services. The city went into agreement with Sedore to collect waste and recycling, however, Sedore's drivers are co-mingling waste with recycling, and the city is concerned with this. I explained that this is how Sedore explained their services to me in the past, however, since Sedore's transfer station is no longer permitted, Sedore shouldn't still be co-mingling waste as he's not supposed to be dumping waste loads at his building on HWY 16, he should be going straight to the landfill.
