9/6/2016	Called with questions about application of wastewater to his field. This happens to be one of the proposed fields requesting to be incorporated into the existing operation permit- BUT only as a one time application! Mr. Vandenburg stated that he was told that the ww would be knifed in and the application rate would be approximately 28,000 gal/acre. Vandenburg is worried about compaction to his ground and does not want more than one pass thru the field. Vandenburg also asked about permanent stakes and GW monitoring wells.	ALISON MANZ
