9/2/2016	Mark called to discuss the leachate plan. A new bid is being let out regarding pumping from the leachate system. Bid will require pumping MWF and after a rainfall. Details are in the bid and it will be effective 10/1/16. Additional erosion and vegetation issues are currently being addressed at the landfill. A new sign is being added as well. A final status report will be sent by Mark before November 1.	BRIAN LEE
