8/31/2016	Site is an existing combined facility with confinement hogs and open lot cattle. The nursery barn was permanently discontinued, so with just 1200 finishers in confinement, they are now a SAFO and no MMP is required. They have a truck wash which utilizes the existing earthen basin for storage. As they no longer comingle with the nursery manure, I removed the earthen basin from the inspection list Excel file. A new NMP for the truck wash was submitted 7/26/16 - reviewed and approved 8/30/16. They had been operating under Iowa Operation Permit 84229100, but that permit will likely now be rescinded.
