8/30/2016	Patrick called with a question about dye testing a line to determine if it was sanitary sewer or storm water. He had previously contacted Connie Dou for approval and wanted to know if this was again necessary. After visiting with FO2 staff, I called Patrick back and explained that he would need to provide Connie with information on the dye for her review before using it. I also recommended contacting the wastewater plant so they are aware they may be receiving the dyed water.	DAVID KNOLL
