8/26/2016	Butch called back to ask again about asbestos requirements. He wanted to know if the asbestos inspections were required if the waste will not be leaving the property. I explained that the asbestos rules do still apply regardless of the waste be burying on site or going to a landfill. Butch said they already have the asbestos inspections lined up, but just wanted to make sure it was required. We also reviewed the solid waste disposal requirements again. Butch said he will plan to call back to the office shortly before they conduct the demo to verify the requirements again. I had also previously emailed a copy of the rules in May to Nick Wilson.
