8/20/2016	Rolston called to review the water supply permits for multiple Daybreak sites. We reviewed how the permits are set up now, and we determined that the sites are appropriate. No changes are needed. There was some confusion because the AFO program divides the facilities along different lines which make sense for that program (adjacency), but not for public water supplies (separate facilities).
