8/19/2016	Matt called in to ask some questions about the rules surrounding tires. I explained the 500 passenger car tire equivalent rule. He has been hearing that a resident just east of Dumont has begun taking used tractor tires and only charging 10 dollars. There is a rumor that he is just stacking them at his place. Matt says he will count the tires at the property when they become visible in the fall and will get back to us if there is a problem.	ADAM SHAFFER
