8/17/2016	5400 gallon release of animal fat from the feed mill during the night. Fat pump didn't shut off and went into the basement where a sump pumped it to the culvert between buildings and to drainage ditch along the east side of the buildings. They have diked the ditch and do not see anywhere that it left the property. They have a septic hauler coming to remove the product and water from the ditch.	CINDY MARTENS
