8/12/2016	dargitz called about their two Water Use permits. He just became aware that they have these permits, and they are both expired. He does not have copies of the permits. I briefly explained the Water Use permit program. I referred Dargitz to Des Moines staff to determine how to renew the permits.	SCOTT WILSON
