8/4/2016	Asked what paperwork would be needed to remodel existing, currently unused hog building at the site to bring the site capacity up to 2499 head. I stated that if the remodel consisted of simply the confinement building (no change to the manure storage structure) that new MMP for the expansion along with a statement explaining what is being done to expand the site. I told him that any construction involving the manure storage would need additional paperwork. Also told him that if DNR determines the storage structure is in a dilapidated condition, DNR would require additional measures be taken (e.g. engineer certification of the pit).	JEREMY KLATT
