8/1/2016	On 08/01/2016 Ms. Miller visited the Field Office with questions regarding stack testing. Ms. Miller indicated that the facility was to have the cupola stack tested by February 2017. The file was reviewed and there was no correspondence regarding stack testing. AQ Bureau was contacted to determine if the facility had any requirements for stack testing. Per the response, it appeared the facility was in compliance. An e-mail was sent to Ms. Miller regarding the review. Refer to the e-mail of 08/01/2016 for more details.	MARK HEIDERSCHEIT
