7/27/2016	Mark Kunkel called to inquire about getting an MMP done and regulations. He is putting in all new water lines. He plans to tear down the slurry. He will use it as Matt did and has a contract with a company already. He will contact Jeff Koops to get MMP donel, although I know Jeff is out of town for a week. I told him to get MMP in ASAP but he can go ahead and fill one building.	LOIS BENSON
