7/13/2016 Julia called to request pervious MOR data from 2012 on water usage. I located the information and sent it. She also explained that the two new wells/well pumps were installed without an airline, so she plans to take water level measurements using a tape. I cautioned about potential contamination issues and inquired if the air line was part of the engineering plans. She thought it was and so didn't know why it was not installed. She also explained that one of the new wells is pumping turbid water and continued to do so after a full day of operating to waste. She will have Mort's look into the reason for this. Julia also stated they will take the necessary start-up samples probably next week and will begin operating soon. She inquired about updating their operating permit, I put her in touch with Marie Leat. DAVID KNOLL
