7/13/2016	Mr. Blasek (newly appointed member of Landfill Board) called to ask about requirements made by Barker Lemar. He questioned the need for a new well, questioned leachate control and stated that the landfill has been closed for years and "when is it going to end". I explained that requirements are made by the DNR engineers and Barker Lemar is the facility's engineer.	RYAN YOUNG
